BJ's Girl after winning 2008 ABGA National Grand Champion Doe.  Congratulations to the Ward/Pearcy partnership on a job well done with BJ's Girl.

DCW/MCR Sorority Sister placed 2nd in the 3-6 month fullblood doe class at the 2008 ABGA Nationals.  She has been Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion at many shows at a young age.  She is owned in a partnership with Ervin Chavana of Menger Creek Ranch.

Welcome to Widener Boer Goats Website.  We are located in Clyde, Texas, approximately 12 miles east of Abilene.  In 1998 we started raising goats for the sole purpose of weed control.  In 2003, we decided to start raising full bloods.  We first bought 5 bred does.  In search of more does and a buck, we decided to buy top quality show goats.  We feel really lucky to have purchased some of the finest boers around.  We have combined some of the top breeders genetics in the industry to make up our very competitive breeding and show program.  We strive to breed the highest quality boer goat possible by combining our very best boer does to the award winning, first class bucks available.  We have built our herd by closely following the boer goat breed standards and culling those boer goats with undesirable traits.  We are very proud to own and have bred some of the most competitive boer goats in the industry.
